The Burlington Fire Department scales new heights at the Nelson quarry.
On a sunny day in April, the Burlington Fire Department visited the Nelson quarry to practice rescue at heights. Classroom training is good but its important to get hands-on training in actual conditions.
The quarry face at the Burlington quarry provides an ideal training location and we were glad to help out the department.
